There are numerous constraints while woring with a short movie: 
1: Budget 2: Camera 3: Location etc. etc.

I presented a story by slideshow and added some mobile music and narration. For rest Movie maker was there. And guess my investment- ZERO!! So, if you can tell a story; visit Between Breaths...
