Even today the memories haven't fainted. Courtesy; the famed Chinkara killing case. Chinkara is an endangered species and this poaching case is still a matter subjudice of Rajasthan court. Currently, Salman is on bail. A jail inmate of Salman was supposed to be helping in a movie based on this case but as the things later came out, nothing happened after initial discussion and the project was dropped.
Another case that will not leave Salman for some time is the rash driving case that lead to unfortunate death of a homeless fellow and injured three others. Salman, allegedly in a drunken state ran his car into a bakery in Mumbai. This accident cost one death. This matter is still in courts. Interestingly, the witnesses have been changing statements on pretty regular basis.
The list of controversies never leaves Salman. Alleged fight with SRK, fatwas against him for celebrating Ganeshotsava and his wax idol being showcased in Madame Tussads... the list simply goes on. His acting skills are bashed and he is accused for not taking his work seriously. Despite of all this, he is loved by his friends and in circles of Bollywood. Amazing isn't it?

What wrong with Salman's acting skills? He is a superb actor with his unique style and acting skills, even his dialouge delivery and dancing skills are unique and so much different from other actors, for example: you will say SRK has great acting skills, but why can't u admit that he only copys Dilip Kumar and Mr. Bachchan (BigB), Salman doesn't do that and he comes with his original extra-ordinary ability and that's why he is the biggest super-star of the country for more than long 21 years! Salman loved by million of his fans for his uniqueness, extra-ordinary style and acting, his trend-setting nature, his attitude, his helping nature and golden heart, his charming face and tuff physique! Don't forget that Salman is the most handsome man in Asia (not only in India)! And if talk about great acting skills... only Dilip Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor and Aamir Khan are the super-stars who provides us the greatest acting, nobody else, I am talking about super-stars.. but there are other genius in acting like Naseeruddin Shah, Anil Kapoor, Om Puri, but the names are very few!
@anony wel, i agree wid u a lot bt stil critics do slam him n i pointd tht only. Imo he is btr dn wat he shows off.
@anony : What Sujoy wrote is about the controversies in which Salman got fixed, we are not criticising his acting skills. Even I agree that Salman has his original style which is far better than SRK's. Ofcourse he is the most handsome man ;) and has often been engaged in social activities. His fans love him, but its sad that 'Troubles' & 'Salman' have been synonyms always.
